Terms, kept short on purpose.
This page covers using this website and the demos on it. The work we actually do for you is governed by the proposal and agreement we sign together — not by this page.
These are plain-language terms of use, not legal advice, and they haven't been drafted by a lawyer. If you need something contractual before working with us, ask and we'll send a proper agreement.

Who you're dealing with
Scandum is a studio based in Hyderabad, India, building AI agents, automations and the systems around them. "We" and "us" mean Scandum; "you" means whoever is using this site. Reaching us is one address: contact@scandum.com.
By using this site you accept what's on this page. If you don't, the honest answer is not to use it.
What this site is
A description of what we build and an invitation to talk. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular result. Prices, timelines and scope only become real in a written proposal signed by both sides.
Where a page mentions something as "in the lab", "planned" or "coming soon", take that at face value — it isn't available yet, and we make no commitment about when it will be.
Demos are demos
Several things on this site are sandboxes, and we label them as such wherever they appear:
- The front desk board is a public demo shared by every visitor. Entries expire within a few hours and are deleted within 48. It is not a booking system, nothing on it is confirmed, and you should not put anything on it you would mind a stranger seeing.
- Any sample session, transcript or figure marked as scripted is exactly that — an illustration of how the product behaves, not a recording of a real customer.
- A demo callback you request is handled by us, on a best-effort basis, during working hours. There is no guarantee of a call, and no guarantee of when.
We ask one thing in return: don't abuse them. No automated hammering of the demo endpoints, no attempts to break in or scrape at volume, no using someone else's phone number, and nothing unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading. We rate-limit these surfaces and we may remove entries or block access without warning.
What you give us when you write
Anything you send through the contact form or by email stays yours. You give us permission to read it, store it and act on it for the purpose of replying and scoping the work — nothing more. How we handle it is set out in our privacy notice.
Please don't send us confidential material before we have an agreement in place. If you need one first, ask — we'd rather sign an NDA than receive something we shouldn't have.
Our side of it
The words, design, code, illustrations and the Scandum name on this site belong to us. You're welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You're not welcome to reproduce the site wholesale, pass our work off as your own, or use our name and mark to suggest an endorsement that doesn't exist.
Third-party names and logos that appear here belong to their owners and are used to describe the systems we integrate with. Their appearance is not a claim of partnership unless we say so explicitly.
When things you build with us go live
If you engage us, the deployment is governed by the proposal and agreement we sign, which will cover ownership, support, data handling and payment far more precisely than this page can. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
One point worth stating early, because it comes up: systems we build for you run in your accounts, on your numbers, against yourdata. We don't hold your customers hostage, and you can take the deployment with you.
No warranty on the site itself
This website and its demos are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or right about every detail at every moment — an AI demo in particular can produce something odd. Don't rely on anything here as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its demos. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
Links out
We link to other sites — a scheduling calendar, a product we integrate with, an article worth reading. We don't control them and we're not responsible for what they do with your information. Their terms apply once you're there.
Changes, and which law applies
We'll update this page as the site grows, and change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Questions
Ask. contact@scandum.com. If something on this page reads as unfair or unclear, tell us and we'll fix the wording rather than hide behind it.
Tell us where the hours go. We'll take them back.
A discovery call is a working session, not a pitch. We map one workflow — you leave with a scoped plan either way.
