The Scandum suite runs a business's customer-facing side with AI employees: attracting, answering, following up, serving and reporting, on phone, WhatsApp and web, in 30 languages, English first.
Scandum builds the customer-facing side of an Indian business as a set of AI employees: the receptionist that answers in Telugu, the qualifier that calls a lead within the minute, the follow-up that works the quotes that went quiet. Each is hired for one job, priced per month, and reports one number every evening.
Two products

Six layers in loop order: Grow, Answer, Follow up, Serve, Learn, Command. Every AI employee lives in one of them and writes to one record per customer; the owner reads one bar. The phone door, the digest and two employees are live; the rest say so on their pages.

The stack
What it runs on.
The site and the APIs are Next.js on Vercel, with data at rest in the Mumbai region. The phone door speaks Telugu, Hindi and English and books through the scheduling API, which reads a real diary and writes real appointments. WhatsApp runs on the official WhatsApp Business API on the business's own number. Every AI employee writes to the same customer record.

The logo story
A sentence and its echo.
The mark is the Speaking S: one continuous stroke and, just after it, the echo arc. A business says something; the customer hears it back. The arc is the one violet thing on any screen, and it sits mid-word in the wordmark where the echo sits in the mark.
Three colours from the kit and nothing else: ivory for the ground, ink for the type, violet for the thing that speaks or moves.

Where is Scandum based?
Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The first proof is Indian businesses on the phone in Telugu, Hindi and English; the suite is built for any market and adds one when its language is verified by ear and a local business is live on it.
Is Scandum an agency?
No. Scandum sells AI employees priced per month and the suite they work inside. It does not run ad accounts or build bespoke software per client; the scheduling API and the docs page are how other systems connect.
