Serve · Back office
Serve is the back office after the sale: reminders, no-show recovery, dues, review requests and renewals, run as loops the AI employees own. Each loop writes its outcome to the customer record, so a recovered no-show or a paid due shows up in your evening digest without anyone chasing it.
For the owner
After the sale: reminders, no-show recovery, dues, reviews and renewals, without a human chasing.

The object
The no-show loop, in five steps.
- 01Remind
The day before at 18:00 and the morning of at 08:00, in the customer's language, with a one-tap reschedule.
- 02Confirm or move
A reply moves the booking; the diary is read live and three real slots are offered. Silence is not a confirmation.
- 03Notice the no-show
Fifteen minutes after the slot with nobody arrived, the record is marked no-show and the loop continues on its own.
- 04Call and rebook
A call within the hour, the next open slot offered, the new booking written with a fresh reference.
- 05Write it back
The record shows the original slot, the call and the new booking. The evening digest counts one no-show recovered.
No-show at 11:40 rebooked for tomorrow 09:20

Dues, reviews and renewals run the same shape: a dated message, a reply or a call, and the outcome written to the record. The loop never sends an offer; that needs a separate opt-in.
What it costs
Priced per employee, per month, against a salary.
An AI Employee in this layer runs from ₹3,000 a month. Talk time beyond the included minutes is ₹3 a minute, and that is the floor: nothing on the suite costs less per minute. The full pricing, with the arithmetic shown.
Honestly
What is live, and what is still in the lab.
Nothing in this layer is live yet. It says so here, and on every employee card that belongs to it.
The service loops are new and in the lab. Reminders run today behind the Appointment Coordinator.
The rules, in plain words
What this layer is allowed to do, and what it is not.
Reminders and dues are service messages to your own customers, which is why they are allowed. Offers are not sent on these loops unless the customer has opted in to promotions.
The AI disclosure statement and the consent notice are on the legal page.
Questions
People ask about serve.
How does no-show recovery work?
When a booked customer does not arrive, the Appointment Coordinator calls within the hour, offers the next open slot, and books it. The record shows the original slot, the call, and the new booking.
Will it chase my customers for money?
It sends dated, polite reminders for dues you have raised, and stops the moment payment is recorded. It never threatens, never calls outside hours, and hands anything contested to you.
