Which languages do the employees speak?
Telugu, Hindi and English today, and they switch between them mid-sentence when the caller does. Every employee in the catalogue speaks all three; a fourth language is added when it has been verified by ear and a business is live on it.
What does "available now" mean, and what does "in the lab" mean?
Available now means the employee is shipped, priced and working for a business today. In the lab means it is being built and can be heard on a demo but not hired yet. The chip on each card is honest; we do not mark a thing available to make the catalogue look fuller.
What does "reports one number" mean?
Each employee is hired for one job and is judged on one number that job produces: calls answered, leads qualified, no-shows recovered, quotes revived. That number arrives every evening in the digest, in your language, and it counts only what the calendar or the payment gateway confirmed.
