Follow up · Pipeline

Follow up is the pipeline: one record per customer that every AI employee writes to, with a Next Action on each lead. Stale quotes are rescued with a call and a message, and the task inbox shows only what needs a human. You read one bar; the employees work the rest.

For the owner

The CRM your AI employees fill, with a Next Action on every lead, so nobody is forgotten.

What lives here

What the follow up layer contains.

  1. 01

One record per customer, written by every employee

  2. 02

Next Action on every lead: who does what, by when

  3. 03

Deal Rescue: stale quotes get a call, a message and a reason

  4. 04

The task inbox: what needs a human, and nothing else

The object

Five leads, each with a Next Action.

One row needs a human. That row is the task inbox; the other four are worked by the employees and written back. A lead without a Next Action is a bug the Sales Manager fixes by setting one.

What it costs

Priced per employee, per month, against a salary.

An AI Employee in this layer runs from ₹3,000 a month. Talk time beyond the included minutes is ₹3 a minute, and that is the floor: nothing on the suite costs less per minute. The full pricing, with the arithmetic shown.

Honestly

What is live, and what is still in the lab.

Available now

Nothing in this layer is live yet. It says so here, and on every employee card that belongs to it.

In the lab

Pipeline is being built. The customer record and Next Action exist today behind the phone door; Deal Rescue and the task inbox are in the lab.

The rules, in plain words

What this layer is allowed to do, and what it is not.

Follow-up calls go to customers who enquired with you, within the window your consent notice states. Numbers on the national do-not-disturb list are checked before every dial.

The AI disclosure statement and the consent notice are on the legal page.

Questions

People ask about follow up.

Do I need a separate CRM?

No. The pipeline is the record. If you already run one, the scheduling and lead APIs write to it, and Scandum keeps the Next Action.

What is Deal Rescue?

A quote that has gone quiet for a set number of days gets a follow-up call in the customer's language, then a WhatsApp message, and the outcome is written back: revived, lost, or needs you.

How do I send you twenty stale quotes?

Through the form on the home page. We call them, in your name, and send you the outcome row for each one. It is the fastest way to hear what the suite does.
