Is Scandum a replacement for Bolna?
Only if what you want is the customer-facing loop run by AI employees: the phone answered in Telugu, Hindi or English, one record per customer, quotes followed up, one number reported each evening. A developer platform: you design the agent, choose the models and voices, and wire the tools yourself. That is not what Scandum sells.
Can I use Bolna and Scandum together?
