Questions

Asked before choosing.

Is Scandum a replacement for MyOperator?

Only if what you want is the customer-facing loop run by AI employees: the phone answered in Telugu, Hindi or English, one record per customer, quotes followed up, one number reported each evening. Cloud telephony as the product: virtual and toll-free numbers, IVR trees, call routing to a team of humans. That is not what Scandum sells.

Can I use MyOperator and Scandum together?

Often, yes. MyOperator is a cloud telephony and IVR system for Indian businesses: virtual numbers, call routing, call recording and a dashboard of who called. Scandum answers the phone and writes to its own record; the scheduling API on the docs page is how another system reads or writes bookings alongside it.
