For weddings or events businesses

For venues, planners and caterers: the enquiry answered, the visit booked, the date held.

What it costs today

Wedding season means the phone never stops, every family wants a venue visit this weekend, and the enquiry from a week ago is still waiting for a callback while they book elsewhere.

We have no sourced figure for this trade, so this page prints none. The research page carries the numbers we do have and how each was arrived at.

A worked example

A season at a banquet hall

  1. 01

10:20: a family calls about a December date. The receptionist answers in Telugu, checks the hall's diary, and says the date is open.

  2. 02

10:24: a venue visit is booked for Sunday 11:00; the address and the package sheet go on WhatsApp.

  3. 03

13:00: a form from the website. The qualifier calls within the minute: date, guests, budget band, veg or non-veg.

  4. 04

Thursday: a family that visited last week has gone quiet. The follow-up calls; they want the date held till Monday. A task goes to you.

  5. 05

Every evening: enquiries answered, visits booked, dates held, who needs you tomorrow.

Acted data on a stand-in wedding or events business; the product is real. Outcome rows and how each is verified are on the proof page.

What it says

One sentence, in the caller's language.

Hello, our hall is free on the eleventh of December. Would you like to come and see it on Sunday at eleven? I will send the package details on WhatsApp.

The same sentence is said in Hindi or English when the caller opens in one of those. Every call begins with a one-line disclosure that it is an AI assistant.

Questions

Questions weddings or events businesses ask.

Can it check whether a date is free?

Yes. It reads the venue's diary through the scheduling API and answers on the call. Holding a date is a task for you; it never confirms a booking without your say.

Can it handle the season rush?

Yes. It answers every call in parallel, so the thirty callers who used to reach voicemail on a Sunday become thirty visits on the diary.

Does it work for planners and caterers, not just venues?

Yes. The qualifier takes the date, guests, budget and menu preferences on the first call and books the consultation; the venue diary is optional.

What we don't claim yet

Honest line

We do not claim a visit-to-booking rate for venues. A measured rate is published on the proof page once a venue has been live for a season.
